链闻消息，由区块链支付公司 Apifiny 推出的支付网络 Roxe 宣布聘请前国际货币基金组织（IMF）经济学家 Andreas Jobst 担任其首席货币经济学家，帮助扩展 Roxe 推出的以比特币算力支持的央行数字货币（CBDC）项目。Andreas Jobst 还曾在百慕大金融管理局担任过总经济师以及在世界银行集团担任过董事总经理和首席财务顾问。
