I think participants will get less rewards, because one - two person using multi account. They are so greedy hope the account will banned.

Accounts on different forums are not multi account. So the decision is of Bounty Manager. Is BM of this campaign against that practice? If so inform him and he'll do what's needed. If not I'd say that it is not a subject for our forum's court. But of course the judges would deside on their discretion not depending on my position.

Exactly. Although I know Bounty Detective don't approve of it, but it's up to Bitgame to decide whether this is ok or not.

I have PM'd them about the duplicate accounts, users with plagiarism strikes and others suspected of being multi-account accounts however.
They do have a rule about no cheating it's worth noting: "Spam, trolling, cheating are prohibited."

Basically, it depends on the bounty manager. As far as I know, there is no specific explanation regarding "one person joining the signature campaign with more than 1 account on different forums". On the rules, BM only said "cheating are prohibited". Not sure if using some accounts from different forums is categorized as cheating. In my understanding, only the Bounty Manager or the team member of Bitgame who can decide whether it is cheating or not.

Should be considered again to be a mod, because He /she is not a good figure for members.

So it's a bad precedent for the forum.

May be some users have no documents for kyc because some users are teenager and they have no identity card/government national card/ passport . So some users are bitcoin restricted countries , they afraid police case for bitcoin and others forum kyc checking documents.

Before any issues/ comments, one should deeply analysis about multi accounts. You have not enough evidence about it. Some times Guess issues may hamper a lots.

@dragononcrypto don't tag suspected multiple accounts.

Before tag "suspected multiple account" I think everyone should be informed about it by an announcement. Those who will not submitted their required documents with the proper time which is mentioned by the authority will be rejected as well as get the tag.
