I've summoned a Judge for the scam accusation referenced by Freemind. I've personally seen enough evidence that Nostoman stepped over the line.
Hopefully the Judges can take this from here. That's why they were elected by the community to judge certain cases.

I am not comfortable with the idea of giving a scam badge for users using multiaccounts to join bounties
scam should be a badge for big scams or scam sites that steal funds.

also jokers have been doing a great job detecting many accounts that are suspicious, and we are flagging them with need verification

this section was created as you can see from section description to detect users that are multi accounts, and thus punish them accordingly by giving them the duplicate badge.

this is the extent of the operation of this section.

i went through all the profiles, and all of them already have "verification needed" thus the objection i see is a frustration on how these users can still join bounties.
the answer, it depends on the bounty manager.

and the suggestion that the badge should be changed into something like suspected multi account, is something that will be working on.

I think the epidence abang jago is clear. this is a matter of forum reputation, if in btt will get negative trust and not allowed to participate in any bounty (except bm who is kind). what about att? does it need to be labeled "cheater"? no forum is addressing the issue of multi account properly,
nostoman and the likes also have tons of multi account on bitcointalk and any other forum

anyway, i am fed up with the aggressive approach that is used every-time there is an issue,
we can resolve the conflicts in a much friendlier way, no need for such drama.

on btt they have negative trust, here we have the duplicate badge or not verified badge , same idea
scam badge is reserved and will not be used for bounty and airdrop participation ...

also we talked about the ban, we don't want to have people banned if they make mistakes, there is a proper punishment for everything.

in btt, the negative trust is one solution for all, here we have multiple badges that are much fairer :
- scam badge
- duplicate account badge
- need verification badge
- plagia badge
- spammer badge
- strickes
...

concerning trust, there is no reason to have less trust, as i mentioned above, all the mentioned accounts were labeled 'not verified' it is like being issued neg trust on btt, then it is the BM decision to allow the participation or not.

concerning traffic, true the btt traffic is much bigger, but also more bounties, thus logically same thing.

This has nothing to do with mutli-accounts. It's about what freemind is referring to, hence Ambassadors and Judges have been made aware of the situation.

for instance, recently, we were trying to reach a partnership deal with a project, and we were surprised that nostoman already offered them our offer (for double the price)

this said, the partnership almost fell through and till now is not yet done just because of nostoman offer

Personally, I don't find losing a partnership deal because of overcharging a project by 100% to be impressive, and neither do others here.
You said it yourself: the partnership is not yet done because of nostoman's offer, while someone else closer to the team was already working on it.
Whether it's scammy behaviour or not is upto Judges to decide, to me it seems disruptive at minimum and was probably for selfish interests.
All in all, it doesn't look good trying to rip off a project. It makes a joke of this forum that a non-representative can act in this way.
Is falsely representing the forum an honourable thing to do? I don't think so. Is it scammy? If dishonourable, quite possibly.

trying to sell for a higher price is not scam, that is the concept on which resellers work.

the message you sent me freemind, clearly states that he says he is a mod not a representative.
obviously this is bad when the project in question is in talk with another mod.

but on the flip side, i wish more people did what he did, took initiative to contact projects.

I know some are doing a lot of work, but i guess the blame can be put on me for this one, as i did not precise in the post the way the offer can be resold.

many are wondering why i am defending nostoman.
7 reasons.
1-he is the only user with a donor badge, he worked very hard to get it, given he's from bangladesh that's probably harder than most places (he paid for it partially by selling ad space on our forum).
2- he has a lot of drive, i wish we can direct his drive toward the best interest of everyone.
3- i do believe he is helping his family/friends/village , how do i know that ? i don't, but asking 20 people to stand for a photo with id and username feels like a group operation rather than 1 user thing.
4- he has already been punished, stripped from 5-6 sections moderation and all his multi accounts that i know of have been labeled by duplicate or verification needed.
5- he is being attacked for something that rely on the bounty manager's final say, meaning instead of attacking him, just inform the bounty manager that "verification needed" is like red trust, problem solved.
6- I am not sure all these accounts are in his network, as i suspect they are more than 1 network, but i can't prove it.
7- there will be always reasons to attack others, reasons will evolve till they are ridiculous ... we launched this forum because our project account got banned from btt for something minor. Banning is not a solution, it is the lack of one. It is a sign of a totalitarian reign. A forum that is fair and clear should never resort to banning with regular members.

I know that you are a very experience one. Although your position in this forum as a junior member. I truly thank you. However you must provide authentic information. Otherwise many real users may be destroyed . You have got something related to my account. I am happy, you can tag it as soon as possible but sadly you will fail. I have no multy account. I am very surprised you to find some users with my account. Definitely you will find more and more account which are duplicates but remembers do not do anything that is prone to violence or suspicion. It is true that most of the times normally sell our assets with fill amount some time didn't have necessary gas fees as well. In this regard the trisection may mass for gas fee requirement. But i really want to the betterment for the forum as a legend. I have talked with various boutny managers. They point out some problems. I think those problems should be solved frist. Multiple account is certainly prohibited in this forum. To prevent it authority have to provide strict rules or laws in a innovative way. You still don't know if Nostoman is lying to you about the users or not, which he already did once because of what you said, if you look at the PoAs they will give you a clue, but they sure are coincidences of life, right?

however, if it is scam accusation, please open a post in the forum court section not in this one. this one is only for suspected multi accounts.

furthermore, Abang Jago, i do not like your attitude not one bit, i explained to you the reasoning and then you hover back like a little child throwing big titles and stirring nonsense. We talk with reason in these sections not emotions.

I am not a judge, my role in this forum is only administrative (fight spam, bot, cleaning database, executing orders from president, forum modifications) and strategic planning.
thus in this specific case i think judges are more qualified and surely more tempered to address this issue.
i trust their decision will be the right one.
i did my part presenting the facts as i see them, let the judges decide.
however i do request, if possible to have this case taken to the court section instead of duplicate accounts accusations section.
