Member 20% (being watched) View Warning with Green Color??

This is the first time I've come across something like this on a forum, it's quite surprising.
Initially I was going to reply to a topic post in the "Cryptocurrency discussions" subforum, then in the last reply I discovered something new.
The name "Warning" usually has the color Red or Yellow, but this has the color Green.
After I checked the member's profile, it turned out that it said "20% (being watched)", what happened to that member?
Does this member have problems with various other members or have problems with the altcoinstalks forum?
Is it a member here who is not the first time to see this?
Do you know what that means?

I believe I’ve seen it in a different user before but I didn’t pay much attention to it.

I did look through the profile of @pacar_tiri and I noticed something strange that could possibly have resulted in him receiving that warning.

If you look at his posting history you’ll notice that he makes up to 4 – 5 posts in less than 20 minutes, I’m not sure how that is possible but for you to actually get to a topic and go through it you’ve to spend atleast a few minutes thread but his last 5 posts were made within 5 minutes and that might be what lead to the warning.

I don’t know much about how several things work here but I believe his behavior can be classified as a spamming behavior – and most of the things he replies to some quotes are just off-topic.

Do you know what that means?

It means he got a registered warning from a moderator recently. This warning is kept in the account history even when the percentage goes to 0, so if he will break the rules again, it will be noticed. If he does not heed the warnings, more serious consequences may occur.

He got the form of "Temporary Warnings" and the warning was still in the easy stage or at the beginning.
The calculation is very detailed and easy to understand like this:
-10% still has a chance to disappear quickly.
-30% started receiving warnings from various Moderators
-60% are more inclined to get various reprimands, such as -Karma etc

Well, its actually the first time I am noticing that feature here, and thanks op for bringing up this thread, forum is indeed packed with lots of features, though most seem hidden, but I hope that as this place gets busier in the coming months and years, all the features will unpack themselves.

If it was the only thing, the frequency of posting is not a problem outside automated restrictions. You can post fast, it doesn't brake any rules. In this exact case you could see the reason for warning in this my post. He used AI for his posts and this is a violation.

While going scanning through his profile – I noticed a post^[1] at first I thought it was copied from somewhere but after scanning for plagiarism it gave a negative result but when checked if it was an AI generated post it came as a positive result.

If the post is of low quality it can be a problem and lead to the warning, but if someone posts good posts fast I see no problem.

Okay. This is something interesting. But I wonder why it should be displayed to general users. Showing the warning to the moderators was enough to judge the user. Or maybe the admin want us to know which user violated the rules or not. But, this is not for people who have made a mistake but want to keep their account clean. 

I don't want to create another thread to ask a question. Since Jokers is here, I would like to ask what does it mean by 75% awesome and 100% awesome? How could we improve that?

Moderators see more data about registered warnings. I guess, it is shown to others as a way to motivate the user to stay in the boundaries of rules: he should feel that community can see that he misbehaved.

It is just a badge connected with a rank. You can see the set of these badges here. But for Mythical the picture is not updated and there's still no badge shown for Jedi Master rank.

I am not against the idea. But, as you may agree, everyone deserves a 2nd chance and this forum is too friendly as well. So, I don't know if it's a good idea to show others that I have violated the rules. But, In some cases, I feel like the banner could be deserved.

Damn. How could I miss that? I was wondering why the percentage does not increase any more? I thought my posts were not good enough and I had to improve them more. Warning percents are decreasing automatically, so if stop violating rules, soon the line will disappear. But if to continue, some constant badge can appear.

Agghhh okay, I've read about the topic, apparently it's been around for 4 years and I've gone through it but I've never read it.
With that 20% value, it looks like he will soon be forgiven for what he has done, because a 20% warning is no more than a 30% warning.
But If he continues to use AI to create posts or reply to quotes, it's likely he'll get bigger numbers for "Watched" and get warnings from various Moderator.

Damnnn, yes, that's right, he doesn't look organic when writing replies to the topics he has created, that's very strange.

Of course. First you see it by eyes and then you reaffirm your conclusions with reliable AI detectors. Among other things AI usually uses big parts of different texts from Internet, so not so rare it can be detected even as a regular plagiarism.

Unfortunately, I am limited or this thread is removed. I guess I do not have access to view this thread. May I know what could be the possible reason? Usually, we see such a warning on BitcoinTalk only if the threads get deleted. But, I guess you haven't referred me to a deleted thread  The more time I am spending here, the more I am learning about this forum. Tons of sections, tons of badges, tons of ranks and many more that I haven't even noticed yet. How the hell Mr admin maintaining all these things? LOL.
