ETH to hold now or not?

This is the time that we need to buy the ETH coin and hold that for long term becasue this time the ETH coin price is very low an so many peoples will buy this coin and they hold it for the future and they sell their coin when the price go high.

Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it? Should I hold now?

I think when you have a lot of money then you can divide some to hold ethereum because when you see ethereum price movements there is good potential so you don't miss ethereum to make a profit.
