What If All Bounty Hunters Gets United, Will it not End Their Mistreatment?

I have been wondering a while about how some ICOs treat their bounty hunters, imagine an ICO projects reduced bounty reward after the bounty program has already ended, sometimes 10X less than the agreed reward. I think if the hunters should have one voice, as in if all bounty hunters are united, they can also stand against the mistreatment from ICO projects. Or what do you guys think?

I really agree with you. It is becoming frustrating and annoying. Sometimes they will refuse to pay until the value becomes nothing to write home about. But the question is this. How can we get all bounty hunters to unite?

I just visited their bounty thread and saw the updated pool. I was like "what the heck?!" the bounty pool was already slashed while the bounty period was also extended? That is not cool at all.

Oh my God, that is the biggest Bounty scam I have ever experience since the history of bounty hunting, 8 weeks then reduce bounty 17.1x lower.

I heard a proverb united we stand divided we fall but here is one problem we all bounty hunters are not in a one single group so its not possible we all stand altogether for a cause. Practically its not possible. But its very disheartening when we receive less reward than expected amount. Bounty managers made some excuses like we did mistakes in calculation or you get the right reward for your work So they have end no of excuses for less reward only some people raise their voice against them and it does not affect the admin. I agree if we all united they have to think again.

I do not know how will all bounty hunters get united. We cannot force other hunters to leave a campaign just because we think it is fraudulent. There is also not a single platform for all bounty hunters and I do not think anyone would spend time to organize a group for bounty hunters.

I believe that it can be done. It takes only one person to come with the idea and like minded bounty hunters join together, before you know it, they will be a force to be reckoned with.

It seems like it's about Soom's bounty whose reward has decreased by 10x. It is painful for bounty hunters, but it is also difficult to be able to change it. If we are compact, we might be able to make new decisions for the bounty hunter. I myself did not follow the bounty, but also felt what was experienced by the bounty hunters who followed. Hopefully there are changes before the distribution takes place.

I think that this is not easy to do and to manage. I think that best way would be if tokens allocated for bounty would be locked at the beginning of the campaign directly to bounty manager so that things like financex could  not happen again

Nothing will happen I believe, just because it is the idea which you can not unite. What am I trying to say is, you may want to unite all the hunters to say something, but then someone will come here to get more reward than a hunter can get, and ta-da, new bounty hunters will come too.
