There are several problems in bounty campaigns. Already those thing are discussed by the author. I can add some that is now a days in bounty campaigns most of the team CEO or some times bounty manager betray with the bounty hurters. Bounty rules are changed. Projects are not full fill their desire. Scammers are active etc are the main reason for quit from bounty.

Well, i see no point asking when you already know all the answers to your question,
But all the same, initially I left bounty on bitcointalk bcus of the numerous scam projects I participated in which in the end pay hundreds of thousands of tokens but when listed on an exchange, those tokens amounts to nothing, i wasted my time and data on promoting useless projects for over one year without gaining up to a 100 usd, that's I I left and am back at it again, and this time, I research every project very well before deciding which to join their campaign.

It seems that they did this method to make a profit and what was most annoying was that at the beginning there was no KYC but when it ended up being obliged KYC it was clear that many did not want to follow and that method was used to earn. as long as people like that there is no doubt it will happen continuously.
better is that BM has to minimize a high account or all questions must be reported in the forum not to telegram because you are sure that telegram has been widely used for bad ones,

In 2016 to 2019 every one makes 400$ to 500$ no you can make 30$ to 50$ from one bounty for every one is living bounty so sad for that.

I think people leave the bounty because they have the feeling that the bounty is bad and it might even be a scam. So instead of continuing with an unclear bounty, it's better to get out and find another bounty that has more potential for success.

If back in 2018 bounty hunters began to complain about big problems with rewards for participating in bounty campaigns, then what can we say about today, when the situation has become even much worse. If we receive a reward in our wallets, very often the received tokens never get to the exchange, or are valued there so low that sometimes the transaction fee is more expensive, or the amount is too small.
In order for the situation to change in terms of safety and getting paid for our work, most likely, government regulation of this type of activity is needed. Now everyone decides to participate in bounty campaigns or not, based on the availability of free time and the desire to take risks in the hope of just luck.

I believe it is a matter of choice here. Yes, many of the bounties engaged in these days payout tokens that don't make it to the market, or even if they do, have little to no monetary value except for a few which are difficult to enter cos of competition from bigger accounts. However, we should understand that a bounty is not guaranteed to make you earn a decent amount of money, you can only hope that the project is one that will do good once launched cos we cannot always guess them right.

Paying the reward for participating in the bounty is the main reason. You correctly answered that the bearish crypto market prevails, thereby escalating the situation. If you look at how many projects are currently on the forum and what payments for participation in the bounty are very low, maybe because of this fewer people have become involved. Now probably everyone is investing in cryptocurrency while the market has fallen very low.

The bear market is still going on, but you can still see TFS type projects that can bring good profits, so even with little experience you don't need to avoid new things, it's better to do your research

So much expectations from people who join bounty campaigns. Many reasons why is when projects does not give notification in promising period at that is first sign for quit,else is not being schedule in spreadsheet for work they done,weeks are passing by and tension come between people and projects team. Distribution not realise in time and schedule not complete is main reason.
