I also think like that. some altcoins are useless. in fact, many altcoins are dead. but still in the coinmarketcap. not just one, maybe there are 100 altcoins which in my opinion there are no buying and selling cycles.

What you have seen is not right, not all altcoin are good. There are several of them on CMC that analyst had considered dead basically because they are not been traded for two months or more and with poor volume. In short, many altcoins are useless or dead and no good use cases.

I don't think if a coin is dead automatically means that it is useless. Maybe the idea was good but lacked a good team to put it into practice, or perhaps they didn't have the necessary funds to develop it, who knows. On the other hand, there are really a lot of useless coins.

Are your sure? Can you mention those altcoins? I am surprised that you said 100 altcoins possibly become dead coins on coinmarketcap. But it may be true, coinmarketcap is only recorded all coins that have been created till today. And those altcoins may have weak team members behind them.

I don't think that most of the altcoins are useless. Maybe there are some who are considered dead already because their team are not giving most of their time and effort to make their projects successful. But there are more altcoins that have promising projects and the team is really doing everything to keep them in the market.

Very many of them really do not represent any value, but their price depends on Bitcoin, so they remain a convenient tool for speculation, and few offer real plans to improve prices!

The fact of being listed on CMC doesn't by any way mean that the coin is usefull or promising. The problem is that there are only a few worthwhile projects in each area, and thousands of copycats that are just trying to parasite the success of others...
So a lot of alcoins are useless, but this does not mean that some other altcoins can't spread and be used by the whole globe

Altcoins sometimes develop over the years before they can show their usefulness to society. Therefore, it is too early to talk about the usefulness of altcoins. Many of them are uniquely useful. And finally it can only be determined by the market.

Not most of the altcoins are useless but some of the altcoins are useless. Shitcoins are always useless. The would vanish after few days as they inactive but good coins are always strong and trustworthy.

No, every altcoin creation must have a good goal from the altcoin project manager. But the altcoin is thrown or looks useless, because the Altcoin doesn't sell on the market. So that the popularity of the altcoin will eventually dim, and eventually it will disappear from the market and die.

Of course there more useless than useful altcoins others are not even listed on exchanges and don't have use case just a pure useless coin I think it was created for the sake of money by whoever created it.

Yes almost 90-95% of them are useless they might be able to moon for a period of time but in long term their price will be stagnant and will not increase anymore or even drop to nil. Only those coins like ethereum that can really contribute to the cryptospace is a good long term coin.

Yes,  I agree  mate.  I think  most of altcoins afe useless.  because  too many ICOs are scam and not profitable.
