hold or sell, which one is better?

If you are ready to push sell button when market goes down on 1h candle, the best strategy is sell and buy low.
I think that hold strategy is not the best one in a bear market.

First we must have the patience to remain calm in holding in when the market is difficult, I believe the market is not always bad but for the future the market will recover. Holding is the right choice because when the market recovers it will provide profits by selling at high prices.

Selling is good ,so also holding.
By selling, I meant selling at a price higher than the cost price of a coin.
Holding is good also because one stands the chance of getting higher return on investment.

I think hold is the best way to do when the price is unstable.  I see the price is still low now.  So,  We should hold it.

HODLing is a good idea when the market is bullish.
Don't panic sell. Make sure to buy low and sell high.
