Forum Spamming Problem

I have been running forums since a decade, and something is always constant it's forum spam!
there is no escape, but with time we learn to fight and prevent better.

There are 3 types of forum Spam:

type 1- Automated aggressive Spam: this is the kind of spam that require the use of a software and hundreds of IPs, and is usually done by professional spammers. They try to flood the forum with advertising posts and links about anything from porn to local barber.
This type of Spammers : we ban and delete their posts and sometimes blacklist their sites.

type 2- Manual SEO Spam: this is the kind of spam that is usually done by SEO and advertising companies. They try to sneakily insert key words with links to improve the ranking of their sites of their clients.
This type of Spammers : we ban and delete their posts and sometimes blacklist their sites.

type 3- Manual Ignorance Spam:  this kind of spam, i call the "blissful ignorance spam", it is done by normal people that are too eager to share their website or project, and they often end up over doing it.
We have an advertising section : please post only 1 thread, and update that thread, do not post multiple threads & do not post anywhere other than in that section /in some cases if it is a crypto related project you can also post in ANN -only 1 thread-

how we should deal with type 3 ? we will send you this post, we will warn you and ask you in a friendly way to respect our forum.
You can easily create a nice gif or image banner and put it in you signature with the links to your site. It will show under every topic you ask, under every answer you give and it's a much better way to advertise your site all while being a valuable and helpful member of the community
But if you ignore us, and still continue spamming the forum, we will treat you like a standard spammer, we will ban you, delete your posts and blacklist you websites.
