i think you post on wrong forum, but answer for your question is restoring it with your passphrase or private keys if u dont have it, you cant restore your wallet

yes if you forgot your "passphrase" or did not write it down then there is no way to restore your wallet, this goes for the BTK wallet in chrome or any other crypto wallet! Always write down your private key and or seed phrase.

If it happens that our wallet private keys will be lost i think we need to forgot also the tokens saved in the wallet because there's no way to recover the private keys.

The only way to restore is with the seed phrase if you wrote it down or exported the private key.

if it's not wrong it's in our login menu below there is a menu to forget the password, just follow it, just follow the steps, if you just forget the password it doesn't seem to be a problem if the email we register is valid and still can be opened ,,,, but if you login, use authentic Google, it's a bit troublesome ...

Create a new Wallet, if you don't have to back up your Wallet and don't repeat until the second time

If you lost your private key then your account is gone for ever. There is no way to get back your account. So save your private key. Keep a offline data of your private key at a secure place. And I thing you have posted this at a wrong section. Please move the post or delete the post.

This is very important to save your wallet password and privatekey in a secure place. But if you forget or lost you can not recover it and you will lost your wealth forever. So be a practical man.
