This circle might not be exactly one year before we will see the bull run for bitcoin price to increase significantly. This circle is different from the rest, and it might not be up to one year before we will see the price of bitcoin increase significantly, because bitcoin was able to make a new ATH before the halving which has never happened in bitcoin history also we have the ETF on business which was not in other circles. But let's just relax with patience and see what will happen next.
You are right, it may increase faster than the previous cycle. We achieve the ATH very early, the next ATH may come earlier, too. I know some people predicted the ATH may be in the end of this year (Q4 2024). But we still don't know what will happen exactly, it can be different or same with the previous cycle. ETF is one of the factors that triggers the price of Bitcoin increases faster this year. As long as we have good news about ETF, it is possible to achieve a new ATH soon.

Yes, the fact that Bitcoin has reached ATH before the halving is quite surprising to us. At least in February or before, we definitely thought that BTC would encounter ATH a few months after the halving, more precisely when the bull run had already existed. But surprisingly, this happened before the halving, and it increased again, actually after the halving, the price of Bitcoin really fell drastically by more than -11%. But this time, the price of Bitcoin is starting to rise again and is chasing its ATH. However, it is still quite difficult because the increase in BTC prices also seems very slow.
It never happened in the previous bullish season. Usually, Bitcoin reached ATH after few months of the halving time. People never predicted the new ATH will be achieved in March, people must guess the ATH will be achieved in the Q3-Q4 of 2024. Or it will be reached in 2025. In the previous bullish season, the new ATH will be achieved in the next 1 year after the halving. Now, it seems there is a change in the pattern. Not sure when we will achieve the next ATH.

I think its possible for bitcoin reach new ATH again but take around two until three months later looking bitcoin keep stable on lower price and get more correction than break out to higher price.
Learn from previous bull run take moment for longer time and I think bitcoin touch new ATH maybe the end of this year if not bigger correction.
Be more patience waiting for another new ATH behind how longer time for bitcoin last year reach until $72k and we need waiting almost one year how possibilities bitcoin up again.
I am also confident Bitcoin can reach a new ATH. Even it can't reach $100k, it should be above $90k at least. It is very strange if the ATH in this season is only $73k, it is only a $4k difference from the previous ATH. It means there is no significant change in Bitcoin price after 4 years. This shouldn't happen although it is true that Bitcoin price will never be predictable.

Yes, we must be more patient to wait for the next pump. I am sure the next huge pump will be in Q3-Q4 of this year. Then, in 2025, we may see a new ATH above $90k. However, personally I still expect the ATH can be above $100k.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Future of Bitcoin
« on: May 17, 2024, 09:50:40 AM »
There are some people who doubt it in the future, but I don't mind understanding them.. everyone has their own opinion and I rather believe Bitcoin will be even bigger in the future. There are still many large agencies who are interested in Bitcoin, so I don't think they will just abandon Bitcoin without a good reason.
If there are some people who doubt it, they don't need to invest in Bitcoin. It is not a must to invest in Bitcoin, we have our right to invest or not. Sure, there are always people who are interested in Bitcoin. Even top people in the world are interested in Bitcoin. Elon Musk is one of the top people who are interested in Bitcoin. His company, Tesla, becomes one of the top company which invest in Bitcoin.

MicroStrategy still seems interested in Bitcoin, which is enough to prove that there is still hope to make money from Bitcoin. It could be that this is still the middle stage for Bitcoin's growth.
MicroStrategy keeps buying Bitcoin, they always show a positive gesture. When some people begin to feel doubtful because of FUDs, MicroStrategy buys more Bitcoin in the red market. However, I'm not those people who doubt Bitcoin, I always believe in Bitcoin future. With more massive adoption in Bitcoin, why we must feel doubt of Bitcoin future? It is a clear sign of great future of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin Too Expensive For Me?
« on: May 17, 2024, 09:21:13 AM »
Always do the management correctly then the plan to do DCA will go well.
Money management is a crucial part in Bitcoin investment. DCA is good but it won't lead to the success if we have bad money management. We also need to have good plan for our Bitcoin investment, make sure we have realistic goals. Don't be a greedy investor, just take profits when it reaches the goal.

Sometimes some people just buy without thinking about how much to buy and how much to keep for backup.
Most people who do this are newbies or newcomers. They have no idea about how much to spend money. They only think to get huge profits, so they use huge money. They don't know if it will be high risk to use huge funds when we don't really have sufficient knowledge. Sometimes, they use money as much as possible without thinking of having reserved money for their daily life.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: High fees is a never ending story?
« on: May 17, 2024, 07:56:06 AM »
1 sat/vb for me is kind of impossible to happen anymore.
I believe that the transaction fees of Bitcoin right now will go at around 1$ at least.
You're right. It is very unlikely to see 1 sat/vB now. The fees is always above 5 sat/vB. I'm not sure when we will see the fees drop to 1 sat/vB  again. Maybe it should be in the next bearish season.

Currently, the transaction fee of Bitcoin is at around 30 sat/vb which is around 2.5$ base on Mempool. I remember a few days after the halving event where the transaction fees went to as high as $200 I think just because of this Runes Protocol.

If you look at the current fees, it is around 6 sat/vB - 10 sat/vB. I don't think the price will increase to 30 sat/vB again in the near future. If the price of Bitcoin can increase more above $65k, I think the transaction will be a bit stable. So, we may see no much change on the amount of transfer fees in the next few weeks.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Trading is not same thing as Gambling
« on: May 17, 2024, 07:51:59 AM »
Though trading and gambling are two different things, in my opinion those who are not well versed in trading related matters, there is no difference between trading and gambling. A trader needs to acquire various skills for trading. But gambling does not require much skill. Because gambling is largely dependent on luck. A gambler can gain a lot from gambling if he gambles with little knowledge of gambling but there is no chance of making quick money in favor of a trader.
Gambling and trading are surely different. Gambling mostly depends on the luck, meanwhile trading will depend on our efforts in learning and acquiring knowledge. If we have more knowledge, it means the chance to succeed in trading will be higher. Even if there are gambling games that need skills, the success will still depend on the luck, too. So, basically, these things are very different. Maybe the same part of trading and gambling are using money to do it. There is no gambling and trading that can be done for free.  :D

Yes, as you said, when people are new to cryptocurrencies, of course they don't understand what it is and how to trade cryptocurrencies correctly. A Demo account is needed for learning, after understanding then we can make a deposit and trade for real.
By the way, I actually used to learn trading on YouTube and got directions from my friend who taught me Crypto, and didn't use a demo account to learn crypto trading.
Of course, it is normal when the newcomers don't know anything. That's why they need time to learn everything, it should take times. Demo account is one of the tools to make newcomers easier to understand trading. With demo account, it is expected the newbies/beginners will understand how real traders do trading in a proper way. However, besides the demo accounts, we also can learn from YT videos and articles from trusted sources. And we also can get the knowledge from experts, too. These are a part of lessons, all of them are good.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Just HODL
« on: May 15, 2024, 11:34:15 PM »
It is a common habit of ours to panic after investing.  We don't panic after investing in any business or investing in land, gold, silver etc. Despite the fact that the level of inflation is very high, we do not panic by keeping money in the bank, but after investing in Bitcoin, we want to get rich faster, despite getting high quality profits from it. And get panicked, it's a big problem for us because of that we are not able to hold long term. but we should hold our money on bitcoin for long term to get a better return
People who panic after they invest in crypto coins or other assets, I guess they are newbies or beginners. If they are experienced investors, they must understand it is a normal thing. There is no assets that have purely stable values, there should be a change in the prices/values. We just need to be patient if we experience it, don't feel panic. As long as we choose the right time for entry, the current drop won't influence anything in the long run.

If you want to get big profits, choose new coins, but we both know that with new coins the risk is bigger. But if you want to be safe, choose the top rank coins in CMC, because they have been proven to last until now. There are lots of scams, be careful.
Mate, new coins never guarantees big profits. New coins even may lead to huge losses because they are riskier than old coins. And the top coins on CMC doesn't guarantee safety, just don't choose meme coins among the top coins. Even if the meme coins are a part of the top coins, they have no clear fundamentals. Anyway, most scams come from new altcoins, that's why we must be very careful if we want to invest in new coins.

Undoubtedly BNB is the best choice for investment. But after 2021, the chances of this gradually diminishing as we know that the SEC has filed a case against BNB. Due to this, there is some panic among the global investors. We expect definitely BNB will win that case but for the time being many have put their plans for hold. Everyone who invested in BNB held for the long term.
Yes. BNB is one of recommended coins for crypto investment. BNB is the coin of Binance exchange, it is a potential coin to grow in the future. Although it looks not growing fast now, I am sure it will grow massively in the future.

Anyway, the accusation made by SEC wasn't for the BNB but for the CEO of Binance (CZ). But CZ has solved the case, CZ wants to take the responsibility himself. Meanwhile Binance exchange has a new CEO, the condition on Binance looks good. I think there will be no more panic among the investors of BNB. BNB still deserves to hold for the long term.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in old coins?
« on: May 12, 2024, 11:02:56 PM »
If you want to achieve success with big profits, whether new coins or old coins, buy at the right time and sell at the highest time. This is very difficult, because we cannot predict when it will happen? We can only buy when it is bearish and sell it during the bullish season.
It is easy to say buying at low and sell at high price. In fact, it is very difficult to know when the right time to buy and sell. However, mostly people will assume to buy in the bearish season as the best time for buying. Then, in the bullrun season is the right time to sell the coins whether we don't know the exact time for selling (exit). Old coins or new coins have almost the same chance to earn profits. However, old coins are mostly more secure because they have proven to survive for many years.

You are right, bitcoin also needs altcoins to be more popular like they are now. Because if it wasn't as popular as it is now, the price of bitcoin wouldn't be this expensive. Have we forgotten when bitcoin was first launched and at that time there were no altcoins, the price of bitcoin was very low
The existence of altcoins surely support Bitcoin. Bitcoin becomes popular because of the supports from altcoins. However, I think the price of Bitcoin isn't influenced by altcoins. Bitcoin price is growing with its own way, it is expensive because it has limited supply. But I don't deny that the popularity of Bitcoin triggers higher demands on Bitcoin. Anyway, we can't claim Bitcoin was has no value because there were no altcoins. Everything should be cheap when it is in a very early stage of development.

Someone gave their views on Bitcoin price movements after the halving via their social media account. He is a trading expert from my country and also actively provides signals for paid trading.
I know where you get the source, I also quite often reading the information from Ayoung Lam. Sure, he is one of an experienced trader, he has good knowledge about crypto as well. I think you also often monitor Kapten Crypto 707, he is also an experienced and successful trader in our country.  :D

We see that the BTC price graph is almost similar to the data from the BTC price graph during the previous halving. So, what makes you want to hold or add more accumulation?
It is true, the pattern of price movement in this cycle looks having the similarity with the previous halving in 2018 - 2021. But it is not really the same because Bitcoin can reach the ATH before the halving. So, we can assume the peak of Bitcoin price in the current season may be faster than the previous season. During this year (2024), I think it is better to keep holding. We can consider to sell in the early of 2025.

I also haven't found an exchange that can buy bitcoin without KYC, maybe there are friends here who have that information, you can share it here. Because we also need information that we can use, where is there an exchange that allows us to buy bitcoin without KYC, of course I think the exchange is repurable and safe.
It depends on what type of exchange you choose. If you buy Bitcoin in CEX (centralized exchange), surely you need to do KYC firstly to enable you buy Bitcoin. But if you buy Bitcoin in DEX (decentralized exchange), there is no need of doing KYC because we can buy the Bitcoin directly from our private wallets. So, it is easy if you don't want to do KYC. Just buy Bitcoin through DEX (decentralized exchange) such as Uniswap, Pancakeswap, etc.
