And as you said, for one to contribute meaningful to the forum the person needs time to think and know what he is writing, if not the person will be posting trash to meet up the number and achieve the badge. Spamming should be discouraged and avoid and post only on the topic you can write well and understand what you writing.

These badges are simply “unlocked achievements” that in no way encourage users to spam since obtaining these types of badges does not carry any type of reward (no rank upgrade, no extra karma, no points or forum tokens). It is a way to show the dedication to the forum of the user who earns the badge. I still think the OP didn't understand what the badges mean.

That can be a big possibility and since the people of Tumbler is not communicating or issuing any official statement then we can only speculate on this development. Let's hope that there is nothing so consequential with what is happening on this platform and that they can come back doing business for the cryptocurrency industry. He is a big scammer imo. He could have created his fork, but he didn't need to call it the real bitcoin and use bitcoin.com  to spread lies about it etc..

I don't know if Roger Ver is a scammer or not, but what I do know is that he has been attacking Bitcoin for many years. And the most annoying thing about that is that Ver didn't need to do it, it was the perfect excuse to promote his stupid fork and get a lot more money than he already had. I have always thought that Ver is nothing more than another well-known person in the industry who all he has done is leave the community with a bad image in front of the general public. Roger Ver could join the list with Do Kwon and others.

Alas (unfortunately), the exchanges do what they are told. In the future, the situation will worsen in this regard, because there will be strong regulation not only of anonymous assets but also of exchanges.

There are only two ways out, or they obey the jurisdiction + those rules/laws or completely close their activities, both with exchanges and projects. In my understanding, there can be no other way. It is very clear that if exchanges do not cooperate (voluntarily or not) with governments, they will end up losing the licenses that allow them to keep their businesses running. But if they are going to require more information and reinforce KYC/AML policies they must also think that part of the users (those who care most about their privacy) could stop using those exchanges and trade on other platforms.

It is possible that all this will lead in the future to "all" exchanges using the same methodology to demand private information from users, which would lead us to the fact that if we wanted to trade on exchanges with large volumes, we would have to do KYC, even if we didn't want to. In fact, I think something like this could happen, since the KYC requirements on the most well-known exchanges are becoming more similar every day.
