Each government has its own policies with which it runs a country and these policies differ from each other depending on the country's economic status and the needs of the country. All the governments cannot stay negative about Bitcoin although it is decentralized. Some governments of some countries like Indonesia and South Korea are positive about Bitcoin and practically use Bitcoin to harness the country's economy.

I think The government legalize bitcoin and other crypto. Because crypto currency is the future technology. It will be needed in the future.
-
They can maybe regulate it, but there's no way to stop people from using it. It's too easy to use and short of shutting off the internet there's no way to really stop people from using it.

In my opinion, All government should legalized bitcoin, because It will be needed in the future.
-
Yes of course if all governments unite that bitcoin will be legalized in all countries it is not impossible if it is implemented.
-
I think they can but in reality they cannot do it right now because many countries are supporting Bitcoin already. Japan, Philippines, Australia, Sweden and many more countries are supporting it right now and as years go by, more and more countries will follow their steps.
-
if in my opinion can not eradicate bitcoin gan. because bitcoin Very bring benefits to its users. especially giving the poor the opportunity to become millionaires and change the economic life for the better .
-
Here's why no matter what's done, Bitcoin will continue to flourish. ... for illegal activities, it would be ridiculous to think any government ... could purchase services and goods of all sorts, why would you need to cash out at all?
-
It is highly unlikely for all governments to illegalized bitcoin. Considering the example you gave, it could be said that the government of Indonesia and Korea have experienced first hand the goodness about bitcoin and what is going to make them change their mind all of a sudden?

as far as i know Indonesia did not allow their citizen to use it on their retail or any place to buy or sell something.
but they can use it as their own wish as long as it does not break those rule.
about south korea, they are starting to regulate their local cryptocurrency after the downturn*.
also,Japan is the first country that supported it and basically they were allowing their citizen to use it anywhere and anyplace in japan.

It looks like still having a little trouble bitcoin to the legalization of all countries. However, it is not a problem. everything need to understand the process that ultimately received and acknowledged. same thing with bitcoin. Maybe for now it has not been fully accepted bitcoin but time passes bitcoin will be needed for their needs.
-
bitcoin's getting today will be increasingly large and rapid developments, in fact, it will be difficult for the State to destroy it. because over time thus bitcoin will give answers to all our needs in the increasingly developed and developing. so don't look at one side and think static.
-
I think the government will not legalize bitcoin as a digital currency that can be used for transactions. in Indonesia, regulations and restrictions on using bitcoin as a transaction tool have been written in law.
-
like you said, every country and its policies. we can't expect every country to join bitcoin at once, it will take some time. the countries that have accepted the use of bitcoin were actually thinking of the future of their country, it is left with some of our African countries to accept it though, we can't be left out of this tremendous technological change. illegalizing bitcoin is like pushing your country to the bottom

I think not all countries can legalize Bitcoin or crypto. This is because each country has a different leader with different prospective about crypto. Crypto users who falls on countries that does not banned it is very fortunate. A lot of opportunities are waiting in the future as long as users are knowledgeable about it.
-
Many of us here are hoping that Bitcoin will be accepted thoughout the country. But for now, only few countries accepting and ligalized Bitcoin.
-
Probably. But once more, each government has their wisdom and policy in regulating their country. Some governments legalize cryptocurrency and see that crypto can give more benefits. But, some don't legalize the cryptos because the crypto may be able to disrupt the stability of the financial of a country.SO, to legalize all, I think it will be very difficult.
-
It is not possible because as you said countries have different system and every countries has also different types of source to make living so this can be the very big reason to make countries disunited in terms of supporting bitcoin or not.
-
All goverment have own policy, rules and regulation.Maybe some goverment can illigalized bitcoin its depend on their policy and some government accept bitcoin because they see that bitcoin gave them oppotunity to help their country and economy.
-
will never happen, because of the fact that the government will adopt the Bitcoin system, which is blockchain.
blockchain can be applied in the presidential elections (for Republic) so that fraud is not identified.
-
The government can do anything they consider threatening. But as long as bitcoin is not used to commit criminal acts, I think bitcoin will not be banned. The proof is that there are still many crypto exchanges in all countries.
-
In my opinion, if it is used directly in the community to buy and sell, it may be difficult for the community to accept, because the nature of Bitcoin is always rising and falling in price.
But if it is marketed first with FIAT on the Exchange then please, like in my country.

I think It will happen..All government can legalized bitcoin, because Bitcoin is the future currency. It will be needed at the coming future.

If a government decides to make trading or possessing Bitcoins illegal, questions will be raised about how exactly it will enforce such a ban. It is impossible for a government to seize your Bitcoins, unless you decide to handover your private keys. However, the majority of citizens and institutions like to stay on the right side of the law. So the demand for Bitcoin would plummet if the government decided to ban it.
