Sig campaigns seems to be about the only way these days. The good bounty campaign days have been gone for awhile, now most of those turn scam and never list the token or never have any buy support. Faucets aren't really a thing anymore either. Used to be able to claim a decent amount from those daily. When crypto prices went above $2000 per bitcoin, free things started disappearing. Well that and greedy users botting.

Emang adakah mata kuliah atau jurusan pendidikan yang fokus di masalah investasi properti atau Bitcoin kaya gini? Ane pernah nyari" online tapi kebanyakan nemunya sih les kilat tentang trading, atau materi ekonomi pada umumnya.

Kalo menjurus ke properti bagian administrasi ada MPP di UGM ^[1], kalau menjurus soal bangunannya, ane rasa lebih cenderung ke Arsitektur. Tapi karena ane sendiri belum pernah mengenyam pendidikan di kedua bidang tersebut, ane sendiri juga belum paham 100% mengenai seluk beluknya gimana.

Namun, bisnis properti yang sedang kita bahas saat ini lebih ke 'menjadi pelaku bisnis' entah itu pemilik properti, pemasar/makelar dan pekerjaan lain yang berkaitan dengan properti serta bisa mendapatkan uang dengan jumlah besar dari properti. Dan ane rasa dunia investasi properti ini berhubungan dengan kedua bidang tersebut.

Soal pendidikan Bitcoin atau ilmu trading Bitcoin yang sering seliweran di sosial media ane biasanya Timothy Ronald. Belum pernah ikut kelasnya, tapi bocoran dari Timothy sendiri bahwa yang dibahas di kelasnya bukan sinyal untuk beli dan jual, tetapi ilmu untuk mengambil keputusannya. Sedangkan untuk bidang akademis trading Bitcoin, saya belum riset lebih jauh lagi. Hehe

Bitcoin become most beautiful digital currency in the world right now behind decentralize and become most transparent transaction than fiat or their currencies. I think bitcoin adopted well by many bigger companies and most of them not take advantage as investment assets but also bitcoin have been payment to make easily transaction with faster process.
All companies and institution understand well how bitcoin get positive impact in the future but still difficult to get regulation of bitcoin become legal currency payment, just bit problem I think right now make the beautiful side of bitcoin as digital currencies transaction.

I think, people who think Bitcoin is beautiful are those who can benefit or benefit from Bitcoin itself. We cannot deny that there are still people who openly oppose the existence of Bitcoin, which means that their hatred also represents several other people who until now knew about the existence of Bitcoin but had no interest at all.

For me Bitcoin still has advantages and disadvantages, and loving its advantages alone sounds unfair. So never get angry if someone mentions the shortcomings of Bitcoin.

VPN only unblocks internet access, it cannot provide trading even p2p for BTC/FIAT transactions (for local currency)... yes the point is that what is needed first is a service provider first, it must support the currency we have, it will be the same it is difficult to convert to foreign currency first and that will also have an impact when we want to sell BTC again.

I think most of us do the same. We don't count about checking the market frequently. It is not necessary to count it, why we must know it.  I only more often to check the market if I have a plan to sell my coins or I want to do daily trading. If it is a usual day, I sometimes didn't check the market. We know the market looks a bit sideway now.

Because I am a typical holder and don't make trading decisions very often, I rarely check market conditions. Initially, I often checked Bitcoin market conditions, but because there was never any impact or no action, I reduced my intensity in checking market conditions. I don't check the market, it doesn't mean I don't care about my assets, but this is also my strategy to be a little less emotional when there is FUD or when the market is correcting.

From my previous experience, my decisions are always messy because emotions are still involved. And my previous evaluation was to start using reason and mathematics to make decisions, rather than using emotion and heart.

jadi kalau bisa memanage keungan dengan baik, tentunya kedua investasi sama baiknya setidaknya saling melengkapi, tetapi masalah utama adalah dana yang akan diinvestasikan pasti sangat besar, dan tidak bisa menghindari hal itu.

Sebenernya besar atau kecil itu relatif, namun kebanyakan orang punya mimpi yang besar untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, jadi terpaksa memperbesar modal dengan harapan bisa mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar pula dari hasil investasi yang dilakukan. Terutama untuk properti, sejujurnya pasar properti ini sangat ketat, kalau kita tidak bisa melihat peluang, mungkin posisi kita akan stuck dan tidak ada pergerakan sama sekali. Sales dan marketing di industri properti selalu jor-joran kalau soal ngiklan, terlebih ketika kontak langsung dengan calon client, setidaknya skill komunikasi dan negosiasi juga harus bagus, agar kemungkinan closingnya lebih besar.

Mungkin menurut ane yang lebih mahal dalam industri ini adalah ilmunya, meski butuh uang banyak juga, tetapi ilmu ini dulu yang lebih penting.
