We cannot deny that Binance is able to attract everyone because of its rapid development in creating a platform in various crytpocurencies.
Starting from centralized Exchange development, non-centralized Exchange, Smart contracts, cooperation with local banks in various worlds, etc.

And even Binance was able to create a Binance Smartchain capable of being on the Ethereum network for BNB coins.

My question is, is TRON capable of creating a Tron Smartchain like Binance  ??

I don't think TRON has been able to create a Smartchain like Binance because creating a Smartchain requires detailed testing power for its development.
Binance already has a lot of money so he wanted to create a Smartchain so that it could create something different from the others.

I believe that nothing is impossible for the throne, but first of all everything will depend on the team to the developer and on the plans for the implementation of their ideas. One way or another, Binansa strives to be a universal and balanced exchange, thanks to which it tries to attract as many users as possible by creating new products linking them with other platforms. But ideally, Tron is an individual project that has its own development goals and the team is unlikely to develop the Tron in a different direction.

Looks like TRON hasn't been able to create the same thing as Binance.
The reason is that Binance and TRON clearly have very different visions and missions, even though both coins were born in 2017.

If you haven't missed the moment when the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) was created, then you already know Smartcontracts.
Pancakeswap, Bakeryswap, USDC, USDT , FDUSD , etc are all now on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network using Smartcontracts.
This good moment has been released by Binance by creating a new Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) network, namely Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
It's very different from TRON which still relies on the TRC20 network and until now I haven't heard that TRON is developing an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), or maybe it used to be based on the Ethereum network so Justin Sun doesn't want to go back to the old system. LOL

I think we all know,  BNB is binance coin which has reputable and big exchange.
I don't think TRON will be the same like finance, but In my mind TRON is alternate smart contract platform below binance.
BNB not like Ethereum, So I think we can say TRON won't be like BNB.

All projects in cryptocurrency definitely have differences and have unique characters and this is what TRON is currently developing.
If Ethereum has an ERC20 blockchain, Binance has BEP20 Binance Smart Chain and TRON has TRC20 which is not compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
And so far TRON has been characterized by various TRC20 tokens and DEX exchanges that are easy to understand, but unfortunately I haven't seen such significant changes in the development of the TRON coin until now, that's why I created this topic.

I still remember TRON when it acquired Poloniex so that TRON could have a Centralized Exchange (CEX).
But it is not strong enough to match the strength of Binance, perhaps the TRON core team can only do a little to advance the TRON coin.
Moreover, now Justin Sun has not provided more accurate information about the latest development of the TRON coin, this concrete evidence matches what you think, what a shame!

It's not right to compare Binance with coins like TRON.  Maybe what OP means is BNB or Binance smart chain with TRON.  OP asked whether TRON can create a smart platform?  It looks like it can be done if the #DevelopmentTeam  is capable.  but so far  what I have seen there is no direction there.
I also agree with you, better to compare XRP to TRX. which is more potential?
I think ripple is better than TRON.
