Attention blockchain.info users! Phishing attack!
« on: February 06, 2019, 03:26:40 AM »
A message with subject: Transaction received, appeared in my inbox. This is not normal behavior because, the wallets do not send you messages about transactions.

To find out more, I clicked the link that lead me to a phishing site:
/blockchlain.com/wallet/#/login

There is an extra l in the name: /blockchlain.com/wallet/#/login

Take care!

Another cheap attempt to scam newbies in the market. I immediately report these types of emails.

This is also another problem of airdrop or bounty campaigns. Our emails are usually exposed from open spreadsheets.

The security of our crypto wallets lies in our hands in a place that there are too many nefarious minds trying to steal our hard earn token. Crypto users should be vigilant and try not to fall for their tricks
