I will say Yes and No because the cryptocurrency market works in two ways which are bear time and bull time, the bear time will tell you no to holding but to sell cause holding will only reduce your token value but if sold you can always buy back with same value but large sum in addition of the token ,
While the bull time also say yes to hold cos it will double your value with same token , so in other words means there is time for everything , so just follow the market and know when to sell and buy again or when to buy and sell high.
