for me as an investors i prefer to hold than selling most especially at this time that the crypto market is too weak  and most of the prices are dropping by more than half of its market value and this might be risking investment capital if we force to sell.

I agree with hold for long time and cryptocurrencies grow up about 2-30 percent per year, but hold for long time is not good for getting daily, weekly or monthly profit, in trading we must do buy and sell sometimes must stop lost hold or buy depending on the method of trading every traders to getting profit.

I think for the moment keep holding, , if I have lost around 25-30% and there is no signal to go up, I will sell it. because I have experienced a loss of about 70% because I keep holding

I prefer HODL, because the market is hard to predict,
