hold or sell, which one is better?

There is no doubt that holding your coins is almost always better than quick sell unless you are in profits. Prediction isn't always fruitful in crypto market as i sold my few coins after 50% pump for the suggestion of some experts' opinion. They have said now it will dump huge but after selling my coins, it is now on the moon. So, holding is always better in my opinion.

Current crypto market price value are experiencinh a melt down but i think it is our best time to purchased more coin as we can buy this at a very low price.With this we can still earn more profit in the near future.

It all depend on the coin and situation in which the coin or the market is like now many coin are in bad shape which made many people not holding again but those who buy high and still believe in it will hold till when the market recover, but in bear market its always not advicesable to hold but buy and sell with little gain.
