hold or sell, which one is better?

I have always go for holding, selling is the same to me as cutting your investment down, so is better we hold and wait until the market recovers.

Agree, theres no point in selling now, very low price. Much better if we wait for full market recovery and then sell. But if you lose trust on crypto market, you can sell it and move on.

If you have enough money and have patience you can hold for long term you assets. But if you have not enough money you can trade by selling and i think if you have trading experience you can do this. Market is very unpredictable for long term. Thanks.

Yes, I agree. Hold is the best strategy to implement and that's the right decision for now, because to prevent sales regret that can damage your focus. so hold your coin and wait for more, to get the right time from the total recovery of the market.
