The halving came as scheduled and predicted and the price of bitcoin became as a surprised to most of us and if not to all. Because everyone was thinking that the price will hit the All Time High after the halving but it came before the halving. So we are still hoping to see another great one again.

I seem to remember that even being in that group (Under Review), users can send PMs to other users, but even if I'm wrong (which I could be), the user can always email the administrator or create a new temporary account to find out what happened. Communication options are always available when someone wants to talk and ask for another chance. When a user belonging to that group really wants to change their behavior, they have many ways to talk to the administrator or any moderator. Not being able to post openly on the forum I think is a very simple excuse.

Only the admin can't understand the behavior of people. The user has to come to the public to display his or her character to everyone that he is has changed and that will be how the person response to comments and the thread is creating. The character of the person would display to the admin might not be the same with other people. Private discussions is good but the person will still come to the public to interact with others. So it is good for the person to come to the public. And the person must have a thick skin because definitely there must be an attacks.

Change is a constant thing and it must be in gradual process. You don't rush someone to change his or her character immediately but allow them to adapt to the environment.

I think the best way to deal with Ethereum is trading  because the coin is not moving and just stable in one place for months now. And another thing is that will affect the trading is the network congestion and the high transaction fee which would affect the traders because they do transaction every minute so because of that if it is for them to invest in it because in the investment you only buy once and invest in it and be hodling it for years and it is for you to sell, you sell.

And before then the congestion problem has been resolved.

The negative karma is good for the moderation of the forum. Op I understand you very well because when I came to this forum, I was very active and growing well with positive karmas and suddenly all my karmas disappeared and I created thread, and it became worst so I was discouraged and my participation is not like before again. Though I am still active but it is not like before. Op your suggestion is not bad but the negative karma button is very much needed in the forum. It is also moderate the behavior of users because nobody like to get negative karma so everyone behavior well.

If negative karma is removed from the public use then positive karma abuse will be very high that admin might not even know how to handle it again. Therefore I like the two buttons for the public use.

Are they really tricks or strategies to win gambling? I see them not like that but things to avoid when gambling. Greediness is the cause of addiction and as it said if you wants to win gambling then you have to think well and apply wisdom then if you luck you win. In gambling even you have good strategies but no luck then you can't win any game.

Be a responsible gambler and play then leave the rest for you luck to display and don't force yourself to win gamble.

This is not needed in this forum but I think it is just a suggestion from the op and the admin knows why to do. Op please can you tell us the full meaning of the UT?
