Investors are around but do not throw their monies in all projects. This is why the project must be feasible enough with a working product (which has a high demand) to attract the attention of investors. The team must also be experienced enough to create awareness using all channels through bounty campaigns, youtube advertise, arranging for seminars and conferences with big investors etc.

Yes, it is pretty true. They are around us, some of them may be from bounty hunters as well. And in this situation, they prefer to do bounties than investing in ICOs. I think it is better to ensure them with new approaches to attract their interest.

I suppose more than half of the investors are being chase out of crypto space because of the fear created by the bear market. In the current bear market everyone will be extremely careful in investing into any random ICO in the market.

You got a point mate! With the advent of IEO, many investors have shifted interest from ICO to IEO. market seems to be healthy again, I think investors will start coming in, but their eyes snatches with IEO. Many project now is already wanted to start their fund raising through the exchange platform rather than running project with their website as a host.

The investors are watching and monitoring the situation But most of them are hesitant to join and invest with the programs thats because of the scams that still victimizing the unsuspecting investors specially in ICO's thats why many project now are failed. if ICO's was fully regulated i believe the investors confidence will return.
