2020 United States Parallel Presidential Election on EOSIO

According to their latest tweet, FollowMyVote is considering to launch a United States Parallel Presidential Election in November 2020 on EOSIO. Their team worked directly with Daniel Larimer to design a patent for a Blockchain electronic voting system.

marketcap.one released the first EOS Exchange Volume Rankings

The marketcap.one team recently launch the first Exchange Volume Rankings exclusively for EOS tokens. In total, 10 exchanges were listed, including CoinTiger, WhaleEx and Newdex, with 39%, 27% and 23% of the total daily volume respectively.

Will Block.One start voting for Block Producers soon?

Brendan Blumer recently dropped a hint for the community on Twitter. Block.One has always stated that they will not vote for Block Producers until their voting power counts for a minority of tokens to ensure adequate decentralization.

Block.One invest $10 million to establish new U.S headquarters

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam recently announced the latest investment of Block.One. Apparently they will invest $10 million and establish its U.S. headquarters in Arlington County, which will create 170 new jobs over a period of three years.

EOS Mainnet Blacklist Bypassed

Today a new active BP (HashFin) didn't update his EOS account blacklist on the mainnet. In this way it was possible for the frozen account "craigspys211" to transfer 199,999 EOS to another account "eosusswallet", in order to bypass the BPs blacklist.

EOSIO 2 Release-Candidate Released by Block.One

At the B1 June event, that took place in Washington D.C. on June 1 of this year, Block.One had already announced the arrival of the newest version of EOSIO: eosio 2. In about four months from the announcement, they just released its first release-candidate that brings numerous improvements to the software, both in terms of performance and security.

Deutsche Bank bond tokenized on the EOS mainnet

The dBonds team recently managed to tokenize Deutsche Bank bond on the EOS mainnet. This has been made possible through their agreement with an authorized UK based custodian, Queen Street Finance, and their stablecoin standard DUSD, already issued on EOS.
