There is no problem for bumping a topic once in a day with new informations about it. The problem is bumping with Ctrl C + Ctrl V.
By the away, this subsection is only for translations services. I think you could create a new topic just for offer your bounty managing services in this section: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=52.0
