When I was sad I thought about what I was sad about?
because sadness is just a delayed excitement, so I did anything without thinking about my sadness, Because even though I do something fun but my heart is sad, I think it's a waste.
And if I'm sad I'll swim, because by swimming I will not think of sadness for fear of drowning. Besides that, other people won't know that I'm sad, because my face is full of pool water :D

I play some games, guitar, also watch some tvshows and youtube videos, sometimes I drink too.

I do a lot of things when I'm sad. I like to eat and watch comedy movies to improve my mood. I tried to laugh and avoid things that reminded me of sadness. And this really helped me.

Sadness will ruin yourself, get rid of it. Am only way to get rid of it us to keep myself busy. Playing sports and get together with friends are the most effective way to keep ourself alive. Watching movies is only one way to forget sadness in a while.

Interesting question. I dream about buying some villas for sale in Greece through Tranio or other place next to the sea or ocean. I just live in a big city far from any sign of water. Probably this is why such thoughts make me full of energy.

When am so angry , maybe someone provoked me and I knew if I should react at that point, I would regret whatever action is it I'm going to take later.
What I do if am at home is pack my kiddie's dirty clothes and hand wash em .

This is quite a funny question. But as a general discussion, it is quite interesting question too. I read a lot of answers and found quite amusing answers ;D . As for myself, I go out with my close friends and this give me good boost. Other activities like watching TV or gaming make me more depress.

I guess it depends somewhat on the reason why I am sad as well. If it’s something I can’t change or like a feeling of everything being too much, I like to either distract myself with watching a movie or working out. I specifically like doing yoga or a dance workout, because it allows me to really get out of my head and not think too much about what made me sad. If the feeling comes from something I need to work on or need to process however, I like journaling or talking to a close friend, because writing things down helps me understand my emotions better and/or let them go. And the support of a good friends is something you can’t replace I reckon.

Usually everything is a bit better then. Key is to have the right music on, when you need to find sleep. It helps to stop the rotating thoughts in your head.
