You are very much intelligent person because bitcoin, ethereum, bitcoin cash, litecoin, yfi, yfii, Chainlink and thousands of Cryptocurrencies available in market but it has no guarantee or any other guarantees card. It is a simple digit which called digital currency, or virtually currency. Someone called thin air currency. So before investing any Defi projects, one should justify carefully, checked white paper and team management, address, and government support information.

Safe and unsafe totally  depend on team. If team is royal about their project  then it is safe but if they won't try to move on they are considering unsafe. But maximum Defi project is secured but before investing you must try to gather knowledge about your selected Defi project.

Thanks Very much to provide valuable information about DeFI problems and restrictions. Nowadays most of the defi projects are Turning into scams and they scamming finds from the liquidity pool into uniswap decentralized exchange.

What do you mean? from getting hack? if that what you mean well it depends of their security, there were news about the hacking incident of DeFi Tokens. If you plan to invest a DeFi token just make sure you do a research of a project or stick to the popular DeFi tokens like chainlink or YFI.

Now a days DeFi is only the best platform to invest. So i think obviously DeFi investment is safe and secure.

Most of the DeFI projects are becoming scams and not perfect to invest because a few days ago scam uniswap application scam more than $6 millions .

Daffy is the new platform that has replaced the blockchain but cannot move Dafi.  Because the new platform has not yet become self-sufficient, blockchain is a self-contained platform.  So we all support DEFi but can't stand it.

No ,it would not be possible for defi to replace blockchain. DeFI becoming popular, simultaneously many DeFI projects turning to scams projects also. Please be sure about genuine and trusted DeFI.
