I don't think it's the effect of covid 19 anymore as more people and many countries are now on open economy. I would think this is the effect of adoption of many companies that are into with Bitcoin. paypal and many more are announcing recently to accept Bitcoin. this is the reason why Bitcoin is surging so high this time.
