new hack from Tornado Cash. Samudai lost $1.25M

A few days ago, a new hack was recognized by this now well-known group.

@TornadoCash
 earlier today.
It appears that a DAO project,
@samudaixyz
, has lost control of their wallet, resulting in a loss of $1.25M.

Both of their #multisig addresses, as well as the address of
@samudaixyz
's founder,
@kushagra_agr
, have been compromised.
All assets were transferred to the hacker's address, converted to $ETH, and then deposited into
@TornadoCash
 additionally, 21 $ETH $54K deposited to #exch exchange.
The founder has issued an on-chain message offering a 10% bounty for returning funds!

Every

 customer is safe! and assets monitored by

 never have been hacked. 0 incidents!

Damn. another big crypto theft added in this year. we don't know how many more we have to see in coming days. hackers really not slowing down. sad thing is all those were probably users funds. i hope the teams behind these projects do anything necessary to recover the funds.
Scammers know they'll end up getting caught for such huge theft attempts but they still never stop doing that. %10 is a huge amount. hacker better take that reward and return the rest of be ready to have Jail time.

At least there will be an attempt to seize the mentioned exchange like what the Government agencies did to Tornado cash. A few more activities/transactions like this and there will be more pressure to shut them down.

Since transactions were being tracked I think someone will be having the guts to soend time hunting this attacker in exchange of that 10%  reward. This kind of news keeps the crypto industry away from faint-hearted individuals or vice versa.

If I understand correctly this was NOT Tornado cash hack, they just used it to convert coins to ethereum, and I never before heard about Cyvers or Samudai.
I don't understand how someone can compromise their multisig setup unless this was an inside job, or if they created weak multisig and kept everything in same place.
I guess this is what you get when you mess around with Borrow, Leverage and Earn Yield crap.
