Yes it can but I do not think it will happen immediately after the hardfork.

Making improvements in ethereum right away will not give a positive effect. Such an effect will appear gradually, as far as the practical positive accumulation of user confidence in this coin. Therefore, the ethereum price increase will occur gradually and taking into account the general state of the cryptocurrency market. If the market will gradually grow, then the rise in the ethereum price to $ 200 is quite real.

I don't know, and I guess no one can guarantee the rate to $200 after the upgrade. It is a hard question for crypto users. I think we just need to monitor the development. We must be patient to see the high rate. It needs a time to ensure all people.

No the upgrade has been official and Binance has announced that they will support this upgrade too, let’s wait how ETH can perform this time

That was most likely to happen if the system upgrade is successful unlike the previous one that have security issues. If they successfully pull this off, I'm sure that they will likely reach $200 and higher.

Yes I'm still waiting the ethereum upgrade because after ethereum upgrade release ethereum price will increase significantly my prediction this situation ethereum will cross $200 and it almost will be reach $250.

I also believe it, friend. People have been waiting for the upgrade for long time, and now the time is coming. I am sure the value of Ethereum will go to the moon if the upgrade be successful.

Well, for now, the price of ETH hits around $133.79 and probably will change again some minutes later. Regarding the ability of Ethereum to hit around $200 this year, I really hope so and I think so. ETH is one of the most trusted cryptocurrency and used for many kinds of payment and transaction method among the altcoins. I believe that it should have a more worthy thing and price this year. At least around half to the end of this year, hopefully reaching $200 will not be difficult again for this coin.

If the price of THhereum is now around 140 USD, there is still hope that it can break 200 USD.
But if Ethereum reaches 500 USD, I think it's too far away, because now Bitcoin and all cryptocurrency are drunk on a straight road. LOL

other tokens that hard fork usually ends up affecting the market. either there is  bear market or a stable market but ethereum was different. we saw a little move in the market with ethereum retaining the second spot and currently remain in the 133- 136usd price tag. we are still expecting the bull run but it will still go down.
