Litecoin is very potential coin mate. I think you will get big profit ,if you bought litecoin at 70 USD . Because litecoin price is 116 USD today. I believe It will reach 125 USD soon and at the next year year litecoin will hit around 140-150 USD .

Yes, why not There no need to suggestion just go to the CMC market and see the previous history of LTC market and connect to present market you will get you suggestion. Ltc is very much potential coin and day by day its marekt cap going high. So for low rated investment i think LTS is best but you have to wait for long time, just it.
