No it isn't.
Nem symbol is XEM and its website is https://nem.io/.

NEM is one of the few coins with a real "unique selling proposition" that is not adopted by no other major cryptocurrency (along with other coins like Primecoin, Decred, Bitshares and Burst). That's the Proof of Importance algorithm.
