i dont think 99% ico are scam.a coin pumping after ico do not means its legit.some ico token or coin price dump 1st but after some month they grow and most ico is real.

I agree mate, It is  not 99% ICOs scam.There is many good ICOs. We must be carreful to choose ICO. I think a half of ICO is good.

For me, is about their selfdrops because they can earn easily and scam. But not all selfdrops are scam there are some legit. If i rate it, i guess 3 of selfdrops are legit and 7 selfdrops are scam.
