I hope they lobby it into existence as a real entity in the 'out there' world of shops and general commerce as cash-in-hand is soon going to be the old world way of thinking and only electronic payments will be the norm. It's already happening in Chine with old people bringing bags of cash into shops and the majority of the population fully connected and paying with their mobiles... 8)

Heheh profits? You're asking the question at the wrong time; however, if it is worthy of an answer, it would have to be the biggest coins with the most volatility, as volatility is the key factor that will enable you to make profits...so obviously Ethereum, LiteCoin, BitCoin Cash, EoS etc... There has just been a useful spike in altcoins lately which was provoked I'm not sure by what but possibly might have been just a backlash from the previous falling prices I don't know...but you can take your opportunities whenever any of these nice, established coins goes up a bit - Altcoin season was 2017-2018 and now, it's not sure which ones are worthwhile investing in from the upcoming newcoins?.. But it's definitely way past season to be putting your faith in many of the coins that are further down the list. And you should look on coinmarketcap.com switching to Volume if you want to find out what are the biggest volume coins.

Just an extra bit, I notice Tether at the top of the Volume ratings but, is it really that profitable given the tiny changes in price that we seem to be getting?

Well for a while there we had some bolshy little bitcoin derivatives in the wide spread of diverse AltCoins until last year, where things started going astray just a little. Early this year we started to see some major sell-off going on and the alts crashing. Now with BitCoin's market dominance approaching the dangerous %80 threat rapidly, there are intense fears over an impending altcoins extinction event?! Oh dear, it looks like many of them could be going the way of the dinosaurs, with the remaining survivors living to evolve fur and become the 'mammals' of this brave new world?
What do you all think about this, and why are people dumping alts to create BitCoin's market dominance? It wasn't always like this, back in the hazy days of the AltCoin Pangaea...  :( 8)

The time to make scam coin accusations is when a coin is new and hasn't been around for a while yet... so far as it's come, I don't see Monero as being a scam any more than other coins like ZCoin or OMG!

As far as I understand, Monero is 13th in market cap right now.

I believe in paradism, which is the belief in a world where AI machines will do everything for you and we can work to create a better, fairer world where evreryone has enough for themselves and the world is a much more equal place than it is now.  :D

You want to consider only buying those coins that look to have a good #DevelopmentTeam  for their long-term future, plus what will be volatile? XMR has proven to be very volatile...
