Thanks for your kind words, communication is very important to us and our community (the people) is even more important.    All devs are very reachable or at least some of them are and we always try and have a BTK team member available to help with any questions etc.   We can do this all together!

Team behind this project are pretty active and even without a real expensive ICO, this project is starting to buid a community trusting the project through the hard work of team behind bitcointoken. I was part when it was just less than 500 member in telegram but now it's more than 2k of telegram member and growing and what good is that you will see less to no spammer at all in the group channel.
