Can Neo be the king when chine give her support ?

I am wondering what we happen on Neo if the Chinese government have a full support like lifting all ban on cryptocurrency ralated ICOs and embrace it. I think if the ban on ICO is lifted Neo will becomes the king of cryptos. What are your thoughts?

No. Even neo is for Chinese there wouldn't have bias. If the Chinese government banned crypto then all altcoinstalks including neo s prohibited to land inside the boundary. Neo will not be the king in crypto.
