Litecoin has no development." How much more "development" will please the Litecoin haters? Litecoin simply just works. They can stop "development" today and the Litecoin network will continue working just fine. It would be like hating on Heinz ketchup because they keep releasing the same ketchup every year and not "developing" their ketchup. When something simply just works, like Litecoin (or ketchup), you don't need to constantly "develop" it.

Both coins future is good litecoin and ETH both platforms are strongest crypto platforms so for investments both platforms are good but ethereum network is more strong than LTC because they are fixed in major issues of ETH block chain so ETH 2.0 will be more popular than other altcoins.

Both are good coin. But If you want to choose one of them, I think It depends what investing do you want. If you want short term investment, I think you can choose ethereum. Ethereum is good and profitable for short term. Litecoin is very potential for long term investment.
