Hi! I'm planning to use Mixtum.io since I've heard a lot of good feedbacks from their previous users or i must say clients, also no questions ask on the Premium anonymization they're offering (that hopefully worth the price) i just a one concern, as  a person who usually commit errors, like who doesn't, right? my question is, How fast or how long is it taking them to respond to human errors concern and let's say technical concerns in general. how do they usually respond do they have live chat or via email and how can they authenticate the client if they don't store information and/or customer info.? i would appreciate a response. Thank you!

I dont know how long it takes the Mixtum team to attend to their user's query since I have never had an issue ever since I used their service but they claim to provide a fully automated while their customer support team is always available around the clock to attend to any issues that arise which make have the impression that the use of artificial intelligence within the Bitcoin mixing space is already adopted by some crypto mixer platform and I am correct Mixtum is one of them.

Having said that, if we exclude my view about Mixtum. Mixtum has been in the business of crypto mixing for years and maintains a good reputation. One thing about crypto enthusiast especially privacy is that they always flock to the platform that quenches their thirst for their needs.

Note: It's essential to research and choose a reputable platform, that suits your needs and preferences.

I have tested mixtum.io and personally it went fine by me, this won't be my first time using a Bitcoin mixer but I noticed some little positive difference using mixtum compared to other. Well this may still just be my own opinion.

The transaction on mixtum. Io is a bit faster than others, and the transaction fees are at good rate. The site is very easy to surf and navigate even a newbie would manage .

But I used the mixer on tor browser to and an extra layer of security, also I had done my research on this mixer before I ventured into using it and I advice you do so too

I don't know why there are suddenly so many new users asking questions about solving user errors. You all should probably better inform yourself about the functions of the services you are commenting on.

I think that MixTum does cannot help one with creating their own mixing services, it would rather help you mix your own coins.
There has to be another service that can help you create your own service.
Meanwhile, MixTum has a really fair fees for mixing of coins. You should gives it a try and tell from your experience.

Oh, this is looking somehow confusing because I still don't get you but I think you are pointing at getting feedback from the Mixtum customer service about unresolved issue. That shouldn't be a problem but you need to have some understanding about Bitcoin and mixing before you ever think of mixing your coin so you can follow the procedures for it to get done.

Do you mean you are someone that commit error? Even though but that does not mean that you would have to make mistakes that could lead to lose of your fund. For you to mix your coin, what is required is to create a new wallet address that would be for the output of your fund. All you have to do is to send your fund to the specified wallet address for your coin to be conjoined. Since you are talking about making mistake, do you plan to make the mistake of sending your funds to the wrong address? You need to chill and take sometimes to read about how Bitcoin mixers work and their mechanization.

TX fees were acceptable these days, I think less than 20sat/vb. Mixtum also offers an option for free testing, i.e. without paying the mixing fee, it's a good possibility for a review.

Hey mate I am not technical guru but when using a Bitcoin mixer you would be required to provide a receiving wallet this would serve as the final destination for your Bitcoin. I believe it's all about mixing your Bitcoin across several other wallets in a manner that it can not be traced to the final destination which is the wallet you provided.

Also transaction fees aren't fixed although some mixers has a more inflated transaction fee than other but I don't think you can get a fixed answer as far as transaction fee is concern.

I'm a little bit confused as to what you meant by MixTum does not shuffle available funds in one multiple pots but exchanges incoming bitcoin.
Are you saying that MixTum does not mix older funds but New Bitcoin funds?
I find it a little vague to understand.

Advice for you, go to https://mixtum.io/ and read the terms of use, mixing method, etc... There you can find all the answers to most of the questions you asked. After that, if you have any doubts, come here to ask direct questions.
Mixers are not any ICO or NFT projects, things like white paper are completely irrelevant here.

It seems to me that someone is trying to do something with their alt farm by asking questions that of course do not interest them, but they have the goal of gathering activity and maybe some + karma. This tactic has already been seen countless times on BTT, and apart from the members who teleported, it seems that a lot of negative things also teleported here.
