Continuos effort on anything you do makes you improve, if you have a skill, don't just sit down and fold hands, recreate and strive hard to see that you grow in your skills, innovation of ideas matters a lot. In our society today we have different ways of earning money. Just make sure you earn to make your life free from poverty.
All the successful business men and entrepreneurs we have today im our society worked hard to make sure they reach their standards, let's work hard and do what you love doing to earn regardless of the situation you find yourself always make sure you earn money.

I very much agree with that. If you want to get things you have to get off your ass to get them. Nowadays many people are comfortable and want to have everything served on a plate, but if the world has advanced, if today there are roads, hospitals, planes and a long etcetera, it is because many people worked hard in the past to carry out the ideas they had. But the best thing of all is that you learn to enjoy the effort you make to reach your goals. If you do that, you can go very far.

Hard work will surely pay off in every little thing we do, call it big or small, it will surely pay off as long as you put your best into it and you are ready to improve.
Putting up hard work is not for those who are lazy and not ready to push themselves to learn and work hard towards achieving their goals. Hard work pays off to those who don't give up on themselves, who trust and believe in themselves and have a long term goals in their little things they do without stopping it along the line.

I agree that hard work pays and even if you did not succeed you're still going to learn and what you've learned you can apply from all your next endeavors or you can come back and try again later and whatever tasks you put and you work hard for it, it will always pay off maybe not now but later as long as you out a lot of hard work to it.

I concur to your point. Hard work pays. These days hard work coupled with smart work pays good. Many people do not look at the fact that they need to go extra miles in other to achieve what they want to achieve or what they desire to achieve. They just do things casually and wait for result when in the real sense, they need to put extra efforts to making sure that what ever they are doing ends up being successful.
When you go extra miles to making sure that you gain mk ore knowledge of what you are doing, it becomes everlasting because what you have have learnt remains with you and nobody or anything can take it away from you that easily because you passed through the process of gaining that knowledge through perseverance and determination. This goes a long way to show and explain what it means to say that hard work pays.
