If a criminal like her can become a Eccentric then anyone else can be a monk too. Now, she's going to use the laundered money to build the temple which's not a bad cause but it's going to be built with black money. I haven't heard about her before this thread but after reading that article I can clearly say that she's just a fraud not an eccentric being by any means.

Wow...with 61,000 Bitcoin that is worth more than 4 billion dollar of value and sometimes I feel that law enforcement representing the government can get so lucky when they could corner a personality who is involved with something illegal in cryptocurrency as they can seize the asset and by law can use the proceeds for the treasury...am just hoping that money like that can instead be used for the betterment of the cryptocurrency industry. Zhimin Qian is indeed a very eccentric woman and with all of her dreams and faults the one thing that struck is getting into money laundering and I am assuming that she got her BTC not the legal way. Anyway, she must deserve to face the brunt of the law for getting involved with illicit operations and this must be a big warning for many other personalities with the same inclination...we don't want people like her in this industry. SBF and Qian belong to the same category...and unfortunately there can be more people like these two that can be revealed as years will pass by.
