not just team but the whole documents presented before the eyes of every investors. i think it would be necessary for an investors to do some kind of reading and understanding the whole project concept before engaging and putting your money for investment in this way a less chances of getting into fake company that would eventually scam you. third party review group may also help in your quest for a good project, their insight might help you and your fellow investors to guide and enlighting some advantages and disadvanhes of the project

Yes I see too many ICOs are scam.  Many tokens are not distribute.  I think It cause of the market is still struggling.. Many investor  afraid to buy or invest in cryptocurrency. I hope the good sign will be there.  I hope the crypto market is green again.
