Will Ethereum reach above $20,00 till the end of 2018? I think if it's not touching that price Ethereum the bull shit.

I think ethereum will appreciate by this significant amount due to;
1.increasing application uses.
2.more companies adopting decentralized cloud based applications
3.increase usage of smart contract.

Ethereum may be able to reach above $20,000 for each coin but I think it will not happen by 2018 because many users still use Bitcoin(BTC) and some of the users of the Bitcoin just switched to its fork like Bitcoin Cash(BCC), Bitcoin Gold(BTG), Bitcoin Private(BTCP) and many others because they believed Bitcoin first and when they encountered some problems they chose to fork Bitcoin to address the problem instead of switching to another cryptocurrency like Ethereum, which is the second based on coinmarketcap but after some time I believe that Ethereum may be able to come near the price of Bitcoin or may be even surpass it.

Well said mate, Ethereum has really had a good potential compared to other altcoins because it is now mostly used in some ICO's project to purchase token, aside from that Ethereum also is the fast and low price when it comes sending transaction.
So there's a possibility that Ethereum also will be the next step of bitcoin.

For me ethereum is not bullshit it a matter of time to have good profit on it if you have some or enough patients to deal on eth price motion whether in ups and down you still believe on it that in the future it will recover. Pretty sure.

20k is not a problem it is the demand. Price is depends on what the demand of the people. 20k I think is possible in December 2018.
