The base idea is interesting if you think that stock issue is not so simple and with blockchain is going to be automatic and overall trustless!
Furthermore will be more simple distribute dividends through a simple smart contract developed on Ethereum blockchain.
The weakness is that there are other similar projects to check before take final decision.
