This will greatly depend on the use and adoption or partnership between these altcoin projects and multinational projects like banks and other entities. Once there is an integration and cooperation between these entities the trading volume will be increased thus price increases.

It seems to me that cryptocurrencies and blockchain will survive, but not in the form in which they were supposed to be. People power, without state power.

I think if the project is excellent, then the project can survive even for more than two years. We see that many new ICO projects are cancelled their project because of the market is down too deep, and they see that their chance is not good if they release the project right now. It is better for them to still wait for a while until the market can recover so they can continue the project.

a project that can successfully complete Ico is likely to last for the next few years, but in my opinion it depends on the coins it generates, if the coins are good and potentially the project will last and vice versa.
