I'm definitely sure stellar (XLM) will bounce back in the current bearish market situation. I think the crypto market generally are not doing well in 2018, i believe most coins will improve in 2019. Hy greta, thanks for the info. If there are many more stellar market (exchange) availabe, that means might be more liquid stellar is.
But, usually, there are some problems on the coin voting event, such as : Bot/fake voting, reward giving for voting you make, and so on.

Stellar has experienced a price increase because there are so many HODL communities for Stellar.
I also have Stellar HODL at 3400 satoshi and now the Stellar price is around 4000 Satoshi.
