Tomorrow, January 4, the first batch of tokens from the investors who participated in the presale will be unlocked, 16,000,000 $BP tokens will be released each month. You already know the new staking program presented by the BP team two days ago?. It's a shame that this program is only focused on Presale participants, and unfortunately I can't participate in Staking. 
But that's okay, currently the BP price is very low, buy now and Hold I believe will give you big profits in the not too distant future.

I did not explain things correctly when I wrote the OP, I have already corrected it, my apologies.

As the article I included in the OP explains, there are 2 programs, one is private, for presale participants, and the other program is public.

I want to participate but my BP is already on the exchange. the wd fee is quite expensive. so I only hold it now. hope the price will continue to increase

I'm sorry you didn't know earlier, the programs they offer are really good and they also have pretty high payout percentages. When the value of $BP rises again, the withdrawal fees will be cheaper, at which point you can decide whether to sell or stake your tokens, but I think we will have to wait due to the current market situation. I think that in the next AMA with MEXC (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=253839.msg1303348#msg1303348) they will talk about the withdrawal fee, but if they do, they will be referring only to MEXC.

I already put my BP on bitmart. I am interested in adding to my BP collection. Hopefully the BP fee can decrease. btw I think you are now a team from BP, because you are managing and active on this section 😁

Withdrawal fees will get cheaper as the value of the token increases, just like the opposite happened when $BP went down in value. Adding $BP to your collection is a smart move, I've done the same, we just need patience for things to improve, the basics of the project haven't changed. No @hair, I'm not part of the Beyond protocol team, I'm just a "contributor" trying to keep the forum community informed about the latest project news  ;).

Adding BP to your collection is a wise decision all we need is patience for things to improve
