Please note:
1. Each prime bounty is different
2. Prime bounties are available to users with specific reach // example : twitter users with a lot of followers
3. To access to a prime bounty, you should first be admitted to that specific section.
4. Prime bounties offer much more than normal bounty
5. Prime bounty follow both relative and stakes, if the minimum required did not join then the bounty is calculated relatively to the number that joined then distributed based on stakes.
