Hi, folks!
Approx 1 year ago I started my bounty hunter occupation. There were good managers and jerks who are likely were snails in previous life, tones of scam, poor-paid campaigns and really profitable ones, wild vagaries of moderators and many other things relevant to such an income. I made up a list of few rules according to my personal experience.

First and foremost, don't waste your time to socials if u are not a big-media-guy.
First months I was working there only, 1-2 hours a day. All I got - ~250$, the most of projects were scam, and not scammy paid about 10$-20$ (to the moment of exchange).
After that period of disappointments, the list of conditions for defining a project as an appropriate for further work became really strict. Well, here is my step-by-step tutorial.
1. Find bounty with closed softcap only.

- Steemit/Golos/Medium (Highly recommended way)

- Or just scroll up relevant forums (the longest way, therefore the worst)
2. Choose those which are the most close to the end of campaign (to payouts, mhm)
3. Minimize the risk of fake figures
Find the smart contract and check the amount with etherscan. If there is no info about SC on the website, ask on telegram chat (don’t use forum threads).
4. Well, now choose the biggest pool.
5. Choose the biggest pool for articles/blogs campaign
Why articles?

Usually they have the biggest pool. In comparison with socials pennies, you can get 70-500$ for 1 article.
6. Check the amount of participants and their rewards. Try to calculate your potential reward, considering the number of weeks/days left and likely number of new applicants. (Very important step)
7. Sometimes the cells with assessments of the works are empty till the end, but manager has okay reputation. In this case, check his previous spreadsheets
8. Try to find out those features forming (increasing) the reward.
To do that, look through already checked works and content itself. Believe me, different managers pay attention to different things.
But the main requirements are high quality and popularity of the publication. Don’t worry, even if you have not huge audience yet, you are still available to get profit by applying a big number of posts/videos. So, there are two ways:
* Generate posts for the project on extremely diverse of topics without any copypasts or other evils. It takes much time to scrutinize all the info about the project and then convert it into several posts. Moreover, if you work with “famous” manager, you can easily got into blacklist by once violating the rules.

* Make posts in few languages. Sure, this option is available for multilingual ones only. In the case of google translation usage, your “work” is likely to get zero and your account get banned by a manager. (PM if u want to twice your reward, the average price for the translation of 1 post is about 10$)

Despite the all possible difficulties, the result pleases.
For example, recent ENDO bounty. It conformed all the conditions above and I (mrPix) applied 4 Eng and 4 Rus translations.

As a result I got 4260 tokens (1278$) , instead of 2130 (639$). Looks pretty good, innit?
And here is one more rule. Halve the price of token. Website Endo tells the price is 0.65, but I calculate it with 0.3. Such negative approach will safe your good mood later. Moreover, follow telegram to stay informed about exchanges dates: the faster you sell, the more you get.

Very detail information dude.
Recently, many people joined bounty campaign program, that reason why we get 'small' reward.
But there is no reason to get max reward bounty. I think this thread very usefull. Thank for you.
But here I have suggest to always upgrade our skill like writting the article, videos, etc. Cause those kind bounty not huge participant so we have a chance to get big reward.

Steemit (eng) or Golos (rus) - the most popular ones and there are "crypto-oriented" users (what's rather popular requirement for content campaign). Whatever, you can find more from some spreadsheets (I used some of another blogs, but usually posts were paid cheaper there).

In most of cases - yes. My experience shows the price of token falls rapidly after a distribution.That's why I hold bounty tokens seldom.

You beat me to posting something like this.
Anyway, what I particularly like is choosing the campaigns that are close to reaching the soft cap with months still to go before the token sale finishes. If you want to be sure whether you will get paid or not, then choose those that already reached soft cap but still plenty of time for you to work on their campaign.
Yes, joining social media campaigns with just minimum followings is a huge waste of time. Trust me, it is not worth it. Unless of course there's only a few participants, but if its in hundreds or thousands....just forget it

I have no idea about your thought, sometimes I have to spend my free time to recheck the spreadsheet's result to make sure they put their effort to make it fair with everyone.

Not in "every" bounty. I have seen many campaigns that allocate only 10% to signature campaign and allocate more to content campaigns such as blogs and video reviews.

I have quite bad experience with signature campaigns. Moreover, a project could fail softcap, i.e waste your efforts.

thanks for this guide, however it is impossible to get translation bounties if you don't have a portfolio, also for the article bounties, projects ask for tons of followers. Therefore both of the best bounties are gone.
All average people can do is use signatures or use social media campaigns.
When it comes to social media I suggest attending reddit campaigns which pay the most.

For myself, I check the project and developers to see if the project will succeed. Also I don't look at the amount of monet/token they give, I look at the hardcap - token number to see if it will double or triple the ico price.

Big allocations does not mean a thing if there are hundreds or thousands of participants that you are going to share stakes with.

If you have some foreign language, do not miss these opportunities. You can earn much better money by sending quality articles until you reach social media until the halt.

Big allocations does not mean a thing if there are hundreds or thousands of participants that you are going to share stakes with.

Everything looks good except maybe this one. Some campaign limits the number of participants or close the registration weeks prior to end of the campaign.
Sometimes. I've faced with this issue 2-3 times.

Just find a good bounty, do almost everything they ask. Write good articles, design posters, make videos, participate their signature campaigns etc. Then you will earn a lot :) But I like article campaigns the most. You create something good, and get paid with it.

I personally prefer join bounty program. If you have high rank, I think You will get max reward in bounty. I have done it.

I partecipate to Bounty campaign of projects in which I believe.
When I read people pushing to dump once on exchanges, I give an answer on why investors avoid to invest in ICO with high Bounty pool...

Keep in mind that in social media campaigns, it's not about "the more you participate", it is more important to increase your followers first before joining because many campaigns now do not allow updating no. of friends/followers.

If you want maximum rewards in bounty then you must have most followers on social media such as Twitter Facebook medium and YouTube etc. If you are making any contents then like video then it may be highly made with clear voice and content.

I like to add something to your post if you want to find good and legit bounties so join the bounty group that posts bounties that are escrowed it is 100% safe to join their bounty and you will receive the reward. You can find bounty groups that give rewards in usdt , Btc, etc stablecoins. So keep hunting and be safe.
