Yeah that's true @Gormicsta that why is always advisable to gamble with funds that's worth risking. Don't go gambling with your hard earns. And don't take it as business because when you do that your losses might end up being much than your profits. So try and control your emotions whenever you're gambling.

I believe gambling is just a time pass type of a thing and the ones who gamble a lot enjoy that activity. The gamblers are into gambling for the fun part of it but I have also seen some gamblers whose main purpose is to earn money via gambling.

Gambling as a part time entertainment is not a bad thing but when someone gets highly addicted to gambling then that's not a good thing. A gambling addict may do anything to fulfil his/her gambling desires and sometimes such addicts turn into criminals.

I won't encourage anyone to start gambling but if someone is already a gambler then it's better to limit the gambling activities because the more someone gambles the higher is the risk of getting addicted to it. I would also say that one should only gamble once a day or 5 days a week. If someone gambles 3 hours a day then that person easily gets addicted to it and that's why it's better to limit your gambling activities.

I don't understand what you mean by gambling for money. But if it's what I'm thinking, then yes every gambler's intentions while gambling is to make profits, but that not always the case, an his is why gambler's should gamble with what they can afford to loose, that way you can play with hopes of loosing or winning, if you win, that's good for you and if you loose, you wouldn't be too disappointed.

A lot of gamblers do not try to recognize the dangers of gambling with it. Despite having a lot of reminders that gambling should be treated as an activity for leisure time and everyone should only spend a little amount of money, people often do the opposite by spending too much and aiming to make a profit. Unfortunately, the outcome is almost always the same - they lose control of their emotions and end up losing a significant amount of money. I can somewhat relate to this as it has happened to me in the past. However, I have learned to control myself and follow the advice of my friends.

Gambling is for fun and sometimes even the loses a gambler faces makes gambling more fun. If gambling was only design such that it only generates profit, then it would not be called gambling but seen as a job opportunity but it's not a job opportunity.

It's also bad not knowing when to call it a quite, especially when you know you're investing and losing more and not making any significant win, you dont need to be an addict before finding yourself in this state, most gamblers experience this and most of em don't know just how to handle themselves in this situation, it's wise to know just when to call it quite.

Thinking that gambling is something bad is some kind of stereotype from ancient times. We are modern society. It is always funny how people say that gambling is bad, but cant explain why it is. Their only argument is loosing money and addiction. But not every person who gambles, loses and becomes addicted. Some people win, some have good self control, some use it for having fun. Moreover, people who are so against casinos never gambled. Someone told them once that it is bad, and they blindly follow this. Like someone will tell you that tomatoes taste bad, and that is why you will never ever taste it and call all food that contains tomatoes or products that contains them as untasty.

Casino is a way of making money when you have money to lose. The best way to approach gambling is to bet with spare money and spare money means money you can comfortably lose without panic.
