Hold ETH or invest in ERC-20 tokens?

As we have seen, ETH price has hovered around the $200 threshold since mid-2019. The COVID-19 pandemic or BTC halving does not impact too much on ETH price. I am wondering between keeping ETH in my wallet or using ETH to participate in some potential ICO/ERC-20 tokens.
ETH 2.0 is coming. Will projects on the Ethereum platform have a lot of changes after this major update? Are they technically outdated? What should I do: hold, invest now or continue waiting for the arrival of ETH 2.0?

Everyday many ethereum based projects coming in cryptomarket but all projects are not worth to invest many projects totally waste and many projects fail in almost final stages. If you found profitable new projects just invest on it because still many best new projects are running in cryptomarket , if you couldn't find best one just hold your ethereum for 2.0 that is profitable.

Hoping for Ethereum to find a solution against their high transaction fees because it burns a lot of money from our pockets whenever we try to make a transaction. I have notice also that there has been crypto projects right now trying to beat the Ethereum network. One example is Quark Chain, they have launched mainnet a year ago already and they have lower transaction fees.

If I think ETH is waiting for the arrival of ETH because now ETH has started moving upwards and it will continue to happen, don't worry, ETH is a strong crypto that is much interested in, ETH is also often used for project bounty payments so I think it's better to wait  because no one knows what will happen next, that's in my opinion.

Last few months was a great time to hold only Ethereum instead of investing in altcoins with ETH pair. Now you can trun your investment decision. Altcoins specially DeFi projects are now on top list for investment. As you can see, the trend on coinmarketcap. There you will see DeFi projects price are increasing.

Actually you are right. Ive noticed that eth holding will grow if you are trading it with good altcoins. Ive noticed the hype on defi projects are now giving off a lot of profits. I think this will be a good opportunity to make some real cash by trading erc20 tokens. I like eth but I will used its purpose for greater good.

Nevertheless, Quark Chain cannot overthrown Ethereum due to massive integration of Eth over cryptocurrency ecosystem. Knowing Eth fees too high, none like Ethereum.

The cryptocurrency market cannot be properly realized at any time.  However, although the price of ERC-20 ETH is declining, but the market sentiment is on the rise, so it can be said that the price of ERC-20 ETH will definitely increase.

I agree with you that it is very risky with new projects that are entering the market or not, because many doubt that and we cannot avoid the fact that many are very sorry or disappointed that even if they enter the market the price is very disappointing. So it's better to stick to ethereum or the top-ranked altcoin which still ranks among at Coingecko. then you will avoid at least a big loss even if you analyze it wrong, but it is highly believed that bitcoin will grow so all existing altcoins will also move up.

Ethereum is great coin in cryptomarket if you have ethereum just hold it this is a best way to earn profits without treading fear , but nowadays many ethereum based defi projects is huge profitable so if you find the best project don't wait just invest on it.

i love to do trading using ethereum coin on big exhanges. I think its move profitable to do trading and swapping coins rather that holding it and just sleeping in the wallet and waiting for uncertain moment that it double or triple the price.  trading is risky but if you are use to it. then the risk is reduce and you could gain money from it.
